- 4 big Bartlett Pears
- 1 sprig of fresh Rosemary
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup water
Recipe
- Start by peeling the pears.
- Cut the peeled pears into small pieces.
- Place a pot over medium-low heat, and add pieces of pear, honey, water, and rosemary.
- Keep the rosemary at the bottom of the pot covered by pears.
- Now, boil it for 10 minutes or until the pears are soft.
