- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons Grass-fed Gelatin powder
- 3 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1/2 cup water
Recipe
- Take a small saucepan, and add water and half of the lemon juice to it without turning on the heat.
- Now, gently sprinkle the Gelatin powder over the surface of the liquid and let it bloom for about 5 minutes or until it thickens.
- Turn on the heat to low and stir the mixture slowly until the gelatin is completely dissolved and the liquid is translucent.
- Whisk in the remaining lemon juice along with the honey, turmeric, and black pepper.
- Keep the heat very low to save it from burning.
- Continue stirring for 2 more minutes until combined, and the honey is melted.
- Turn off the heat.
- Skim off the foam using a spoon from the liquid to ensure the gummies are clear.
- Carefully fill the silicone molds using a dropper or small pitcher.
- Place the molds in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
