- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
