- 1 large Onion
- 1.5 cup Packaged Parmesan (grated)

- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a 6-cavity non-stick donut pan with cooking oil.
- Wash and peel your onion, and cut it into 1/2-inch thick rings.
- Separate the onion rings into individual rings and select 6 pieces that are smaller than the donut mold.
- Now, sprinkle about 1.5 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese into the donut cavity to cover the bottom.
- Place an onion ring in each cavity over the grated cheese.
- Sprinkle another 2.5 tablespoons of grated cheese over the onion rings to completely cover them.
- Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the surface is golden brown.
