- ½ head romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 3 anchovy fillets
- 2 tablespoons croutons
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Recipe
- Gather all the ingredients.
- For dressing, take a large salad bowl and mash anchovy fillets and garlic.
- Add lemon juice, dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, worcestershire sauce, and egg yolk to the bowl.
- Whisk to make a smooth and creamy paste.
- Steam in olive oil gradually, while whisking constantly, and add some salt and black pepper to taste.
