Dry Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Mixed Nuts (cashews, almonds, walnuts), roughly chopped
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 2 tablespoons Flaxseeds
- 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Wet ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Natural Peanut Butter
Recipe
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Take a large bowl, add the chopped mixed nuts, rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds, dried cranberries, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to it, and stir.
- Heat a small saucepan over low heat, and add honey and peanut butter to it.
- Gently melt both together and keep stirring until smooth and combined.
