Asian Meatball Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb ground pork
- 2 tbsps garlic, chopped
- 1/3 cup cauliflower
- 3/4 cabbage shredded
- 1 red pepper cut into match sticks
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsps sriracha
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- olive oil for frying
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tbsps cumin ground
- 1 tbsp ginger, fresh, grated
- 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
- 1/3 cup Chili Sauce
- 2 tbsps rice vinegar white
- 1/4 cup green onion chopped
- 2 tbsps soy sauce
Instructions
- Mix the meat with garlic, soy sauce, sriracha, green onion, egg, cumin, and ginger.
- Shape into 2-inch meatballs (about 18–22 pieces).
- Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet on high. When hot, add the meatballs and lower heat to medium-high. Cook for 4 minutes, until browned on one side.
- Flip the meatballs, cover the pan, and cook for three more minutes. Let them cool uncovered for 3–5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix the cabbage, red pepper, and carrot.
- In another bowl, whisk sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
- Take one-third of the salad in a smaller bowl, add the meatballs you want, and pour one-third of the dressing. Toss well and serve.
