- 3 Medium-sized potatoes
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 cup Grated cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C.
- Using a mandoline, thinly slice the potatoes. Place in a bowl of water and allow to soak for 10 minutes.
