- 1 cup mashed banana
 - 1 cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
 - 1/2 cup olive oil
 - 2 large eggs, at room temperature
 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
 - 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
 - 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
 
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
 - In a large bowl, mix the banana, pumpkin, brown sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, salt, and lemon juice until smooth.
 - Add the flour and baking soda, and whisk until everything is well mixed with no lumps.
 - Pour the batter into the loaf pan.
 - Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
 - Let the bread cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then move it to a wire rack to cool completely.
