- 2 cups miniature sweet peppers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 red onion, cut into 1/2 inch wedges

- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
