Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen (thawed) cranberries
 - 1 small jalapeno, seeded and membrane removed
 - 1/4 cup roughly chopped cilantro
 - 1/4 cup sour cream
 - 1 tablespoon heavy cream
 - 1/4 cup honey or agave nectar, plus more for drizzling
 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
 - 1/8 teaspoon salt
 - 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
 - 3 green onions, chopped, green parts separated from whites
 - flaky sea salt
 - crackers or pita chips for serving
 
Directions
- Collect all the ingredients.
 - Put the cranberries, white parts of the green onions, jalapeño, lime juice, cilantro, honey, and salt into a food processor. Pulse until everything is finely chopped and mixed together.
 - Pour the mixture into a fine mesh strainer placed over a bowl and let it drain.
 - In another medium bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, and heavy cream. Use an electric mixer to beat until smooth and fluffy.
 - Spread the creamy mixture on a serving plate. Spoon the drained cranberry mix on top. Sprinkle with flaky salt and chopped green onion greens. If you like, drizzle a little more honey on top.
 - Serve with crackers or pita chips.
